Due to a family illness we have camped here twice within the past 3 weeks. The first time was for a week and the last time for 3 nights. Both times we could not have asked for anyone to be any nicer or easier to work with. The park is always clean and quiet, like one of the previous reviews stated it is a very relaxing place to just calm down and recharge. It is also fairly convenient to Kingsport, Johnson City, Greenville, and Morristown. We highly recommend this for an overnight stay or as a base of operations to see all that East Tennessee has to offer.

We thought this would be a nice little spot to conduct business for a couple of days - wrong!!! The WI-Fi is very weak and slower than dial up which really stinks considering there is an additional charge per day for the service or lack thereof. The place advertises cable TV when it is actually Direct TV. Unless you already have a Direct TV receiver you will not be able to catch any TV at all. The noise is fairly constant from the main road and from the Interstate which is located about 1 mile from the camp ground. We left one day early and didn't even try to get a refund for the unused day and unusable internet. When we did call the office to complain about the lack of TV and slow internet we were told by the owner she was on vacation in FL and there wasn't much she could do about it from there. There was an area marked "Pet Walk" but evidently it wasn't enforced or the dogs that had been around our site just couldn't read or wait until they made it to the designated area.

Nice quiet park. Easy access from the interstate. Staff was friendly, even came by after we were set up to make sure everything was OK. Wi-Fi was a little slow but worked OK. Only negative was lack of cable. We will have no problem staying here again.

Really puzzled by the negative reviews. We just spent 5 nights there over Memorial Day weekend. When we pulled in the owner told us to walk the park and pick out our space. We did and pulled into the spot we had chosen, did not even have to level from side to side. Water pressure was great, WI-Fi worked without a hitch, lost power one time due to one too many extensions cords for outside cooking (our fault). We interrupted the owners during their Memorial Day cookout with their family, they did not hesitate but took care of the problem right away. We saw no pets that were not on a leash, and out of 59 spaces we counted 10 or 12 that was set up permanent. We even asked the owners how much it would be for a late check out and was told not to worry about it! We will stay there again without hesitation. Is it the nicest park we have stayed at? No, but better than average and very convenient. Above average for the price paid.

Spaces a wee bit tight getting into, but once there had plenty of room for the slide outs. Our in-laws had a spot with great shade, we had very little. Lot of highway noise and per the typical KOA way over priced. Staff was very friendly and they had a lot of activities going on for kids to enjoy.

Love this park, we have two more trips planned there this year! Level spots, plenty of water pressure, WI-FI works great, no problems with cable or power. Concrete pads with easy access. It is about 2 blocks from the main drag but far enough away to be quiet and out of the hustle and bustle. You can walk to the main drag to catch the trolley and go anywhere in Pigeon Forge, or even transfer to another trolley and go to Gatlinburg. Owner was seen constantly checking out everything to ensure everyone was having a good, safe time. Highly recommend this one.

Seems to be a relatively new park that is working hard to get it right. Concrete pads, we were level when we backed in. Had a spot that backed up to the lake which allowed us to fish from our yard. Each spot had fire rings so you could sit by the fire at night looking out over the water. It was located about a mile from the Interstate so very quiet and peaceful. Biggest drawback for me was no internet as I tend to work 7 days a week to take care of customers but other than that we really liked this place and plan on another trip there in the fall. Shade is limited but they have planted a lot of trees and in a few years will be really nice.
